[Supras] 89 plus Moldings.....Removing Sticky Adhesive 3m?

For those of you with the 89 plus moldings, can you
offer me any tips on removing the stick crap on the
trim?  The plastic strips on my door molding trim came
off and I'm having a hard time removing the old 3m
tape on the trim.  At moment I'm scrapping the harden
3M tape with a blade but it's not working.  Any clever ideas?
